Not CP, but it's a bit on the high side. Definitely call BS on the "sure, it's old enough to have kids in college, and I've got stacks and stacks of receipts for it, but hey! only 99k miles!" claim. and if you're serious, either get a pre-purchase inspection or walk away if you can't get it for $1500-1800 - although that number is stated without seeing the car in person and getting a feel for the overall condition.
